New Client Intake Process

The new client intake process typically involves the following steps:

The first step is to schedule an appointment with our experts.

2. Initial Visit

During your first visit, we will do a complete evaluation based on your child’s specific needs.

3. Customized Treatment Plan

We’ll create a personalized treatment plan to help your child achieve their developmental goals.

4. Getting Started

Lastly, we’ll schedule your child’s first therapy appointment.

Access Your Client Portal

For our clients who have already been scheduled, you can access your personalized Client Portal using the login information you received from our staff.

We are in network with the following insurance providers to ensure that our care is accessible to as many families as possible.

Northwell Direct

For those who may not have in-network coverage, we’re pleased to inform you that Sensational Development does accept out-of-network clients. We will also bill your insurance on your behalf.
